HP Probook 640 G4 I5 Very Good Non-functional Condition

  
Hp probook 640 g4 core i5 vpro 7th Gen. The device is in very good condition, it is not functional. It doesn't turn on after changing the keyboard, but it works perfectly before. It comes from a repair centre that he has it can be badly repaired or damaged a particular room of which I have no knowledge. It is therefore sold out of service because it no longer lights up.

Yet when the power outlet is connected there is an orange flashing which indicates that it loads well and moreover there is there maj (majuscule) key which flashes 8 times when pressing the ignition button. As a security measure I removed the hard drive because it contained my personal data. The pc will therefore be sold without a hard drive. I don't know any more details about the computer, it may be that the repairer damaged some parts. Ideal for picking up coins or trying to get it back on track.
